Sinkki on myös tärkeä mineraali, joka tuklee kehon immuniteettikykyä, ruonasulatuselimistön terveyttä ja hyvää unta.10 Joidenkin tutkimusten mukaan sinkin ja magnesiumin nauttiminen yhdessä ennen nukkumaanmenoa voi olla hyödyllinen uniongelmiin. Suositeltu päiväannos sinkkiä on 11 mg miehille ja 8 mg naisille (11 mg raskauden aikana).11 Myproteinin Zinc & Magnesium Capsules sisältävät 10 mg sinkkiä ja 150 mg magnesiumia päiväannoksessa.
